I hold a PR and landed to quebec.... but due to my studies (finalizing my Master degree abroad) i had to leave Quebec... and i am currently outside quebec, but received the renewal for my medical card
can i renew it from outside quebec? i am planning to go settle in canada once i get my degree next march (2011)
my medical card expires on november 2010
what shall i do?
