Hi Friends,

Currently,I am in the process of submitting PNP nomination for Canada. While i was going through CIC medical exam related articles , it seems we need to disclose existing medical condition . Then CIC evaluates the anticipated cost for the medical conditions and then refuse PR application if its beyond CAD19k per year.
Can you Please guide me in calculating the anticipated cost for the medical conditions.

Will my PR application rejected due to excessive demand?

Iam 40 yrs age ,i was diagnosed for neuroendocrinetumor in 2015 accidentally and then by surgery it was removed. But in Oct 2017,there was reoccurance tumor for which i have undergone treatment for six months with 1 injection per month and i was suffering from chronic medical conditions hypertension,Type 2 diabetics
and cholesterol for which i am taking regular medicines.

I really don't whether to progress for PNP application or stop the process . Can anyone guide me on how to handle medical inadmissibility due to excessive demand,if it happens.

Regards
Ranveer

Perhaps you can book a consultation with the doctor in your area that usually does the immigration medicals to get advice on the issue. They may have a good idea of which conditions are considered excessive demand.

Unfortunately you will not pass the medical examination and you’re currently inadmissible to Canada unless your tumor goes into complete remission and remains stable for at least five years.

If you have a close family member in Canada, they can sponsor you here.

But this tumor is of different kind and it is slow growing one . Do they evaluate the anticipated cost for this kind of tumor similar to that of normal one where treatment is required very frequently if it reoccurred.

Hi there Ranveer. I thought I had better write in that I know hospital costs. The collection of ailments you have, have the POTENTIAL to cost a fortune in procedures, extended care, chemo drugs, radiation treatments, A1C's, glucose tolerance tests, lipid evaluations, MRI's, CAT scans, cardiac sonography investigations re. pressures and diabetic education. I could go on and on, but I think you know the story. There is really no such thing as a "slow growing cancer", it is still cancer. Sorry Ranveer, I don't want to appear heartless, but we are not a free medical service to the world; we pay our hard earned taxes for this.

Hi
For this I strongly advise , seek help of a prominent immigration Canadian lawyer
You may have to spend some money on him , but it’s worth it !
Lawyers deal with numerous cases , maybe they have a positive solution to your issue

Good luck
