Medical Inadmissibility Response

Hi,

I had applied for my PR in August last year and received a medical inadmissibility letter just two weeks ago. I need to know if someone has responded to such letter on their own or sought legal help to determine how to respond to such letter or any success cases after having it. Wow? They took a year? Did they ask for additional information/tests during that time?

I've heard if it's an issue with a threat to Canadian health then it's a waste of time to appeal but if it's an excessive demand issue then it's worth a try if you think you're under the new limit. It would be best to seek legal help from an immigration lawyer.
