Would it affect my application if I declared in the medical history that I had food poisoning and kidney stones last 2009. I mean I know that the food poisoning can easily be overlooked but the kidney stones problem, I don't know. I'm worried now, thinking that I shouldn't have written it at all.

I don't think that will be a problem, I know they are more concerned about chronic disease like, cancer, tuberculosis, aids,Down syndrome, hepatitis.

Well, this is just my opinion...

I was told the same, they are more worried about chronic conditions. Kidney stones don't really need much medical attention, just need to pass it.

If it is so, you should list all your previous history of head ache, cough, cold, fever, muscle pains, allergies and several other periodical ailments. So, don't bother about such minor problem.

There is no negative effect on medical If you tell about your Kidney stone history. But, if you had open surgery for kidney to remove the stones, you should tell the DMP.
