My parents sponsorship application is in progress which includes their adult dependent child (in late 30s) due to developmental disability. We received a medical furtherance letter asking him to go back to panel physician for more exams. he has no medical needs, no doctors/prescription needed, he is fairly independent inside home, and mainly need parents/family support for daily living. Can not read or write, fluently speak, and has never worked. We truly believe he doesn't need any special social services. Medical services are also out of question, as he has no need for medical care as evident in his medical history.

Does anyone have any input in this case as we want to be prepared for a successful furtherance exam. Is there anything critical we need to be aware of and try and prove so he does pass the medical and qualify with parents. Please note this is a 100% true application as he has always been dependent on parents due to developmental disability (mild cerebral palsy) from birth but is always taken care of by family and will continue to do so in Canada. he doesn't receive any therapies or like.

I will really appreciate inputs from everyone

Send in a letter detailing your plans for his care in Canada. Stress that he has never needed medical care beyond the average, and that he is cared for at home by his family.
Note that assurances that he will not access services in Canada are not usually taken at face value, simply because once he is a PR, he has the same right to access these services as any other Canadian.
It is better to stress that you have a plan to take care of him, that this plan is the same as the one he currently has, and will continue. For example, if his mother does not work and stays home to supervise him, this is what is planned for their life in Canada as well. Include as much proof of this as you can. For example, if your mother is elderly and cannot speak English or French, it would be believable to say she is not going to seek for work.
