Hey guys , i got my medical request yesterday but i am in my home country and i did not change my address with cic, can i submit a medical from here or do i need to go back to canada and do medical ? Thanks

No need to notify them. They just care about your Medical results and nothing else.

You have to provide with address(Labeled envelope) where you want your passport to be delivered. They don't send passport to the address they have on file.

They do not send COPR outside Canada/US

Yes, you have to submit the receipt provide by the doctor to CIC, same email sending good MR.

Doctor will upload the data but CIC needs to have this receipt
