Good morning
My friend’s son applied for citizenship from 2 years he has ADHD and schizophrenia.
When he applied he sent a medical report that he is unable to do the citizenship test .
In the same time his English language is perfect .
When they asked why it exceeded the normal time they said that it is non routine case but they said the exemption for citizenship test is granted ,
Skill language not yet granted .
( they sent his ILETS test and his American school certificate and the first 2 years transcript from USA. University)
Now someone(friend) told them that they should send medical form not medical report to change his situation from waiver to urgent .
The question: if they send now the medical form it maybe affect the process time? Or will really accelerate the process? Or too late and no need to send it by webform ?
