I have received instructions to do medical and pay landing fee on the last week of December 2014. I went to medical at a place in Toronto, and they said there is something wrong with the form that I have. When they scan the form they don't see any information. So, I e-mailed CPC ottawa describing the problem and they returned my e-mail saying that there is nothing wrong with the form that I have and I should go and do the medical now.
So, I went to do medical last week and again the same problem persists. I went to 3 places in Toronto and all are saying that they still don't see anything when they scan. Some of the physicians assistants suggested me to do upfront medical, where they will create a number and send the medical information. Have you guys had any similar problem ? Should I do upfront medical now or e-mail cic again ?
