I've received Medical papers of my family. Now my wife is expecting a new baby, so what should I do? Should I wait for new baby or should I do medical first and wait for the delivery and then update my status to visa officer?????

Is anyone has the same case?

Will this be any negative impact on my application due to a new born????

Is there anyone, who can help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

She can do the physical exam, blood and urine tests and defer the X-ray until after she has the baby. Also write a letter to the VO about it. But you should do your own full medicals.

Thanks SenoritaBella

As I've 90 days period (still 70 more days to go), and expected date is 25 June. What if I do medical after delivery???

Also will there be any negative impact on my case????

Well, since you still have 70 days to go and baby is due in about 2 weeks, there is no harm in waiting until after delivery. No, it won't affect your case as long as you both do it before the 90 days are up.

There is no harm :) but there is a new family member soon to be in application. And that new born would need to do medical examination too. So, it doesn't really matter when you do your medical.

Thanks for your reply....

I applied 3 years back and I had one child at that time. In these 3 years, we were blessed with a daughter, about which I already informed VO.

Now as my wife is pregnant again, and we'll be family of 5 soon compare to 3 when we applied. I'm afraid that may be VO will ask for additional funds, or any other requirments?
Do you think that they may object or create any problem due to this??????

I don't know for sure, but you can check the cic website for how much a family of 5 needs for proof of funds.

There is no way for you to get visas and land in Canada before the birth of your new child.
Therefore you would have to inform your visa office on the situation.
And yes, you would need to show more fund due to the changes in your family composition (may God Bless you!).

@ gudboy ,sonoritabella has said it all. Also u will need to inform ur VO once d baby is born.so that this will enable them send u the forms to fill.also remember u will need to get the birth certificate, international passport, processing fee and send accross to your VO.All d best.

I spoke to doctor and she said that we have to do medical test before delivery otherwise we have to wait atleast one and half month after delivery. But the x-ray will be pending and that will be done after delivery.

@gudboy did u ask y u wil have to wait for a month and half .if its not done now.

Do your, childerns and wife medical now and ask DMP to send them to cic without uour wife Xray. Then once your baby born send her PP and birth cert with application fee and your wife X ray.

Cic will take atleAst a month for new medical form for your child (on top of 15 day for you to get his pp ).

Please arrange for new bank statement showing funds for 5 member too.

All the best .
