Medical for my Canadian child

Hi,

My child was born in Canada and hence is a Canadian citizen. I am applying for PR and my document checklist asks my for child medical as well.

Have I filled forms incorrectly or is this ok?

Just upload your child's birth certificate as proof and add a letter of explanation.

So I actually dont need to upload my child's medical report. Just the explanation letter will do?

I think you have included your child in your application, that's the reason why it is asking you to upload his birth certificate. You should not include him at first place
