I am now working in Canada under PGWP. expiring in June 2016. I have a PNP paper application in process since Nov 2015 and have a closed PNP WP online since Jan 2016 (obviously I would need that, PR application is not gonna be done by June)

I just got medical request for the WP.

My question is, is the medical exam shared between application? if I do this medical now, will I need to do it again or I am treating like upfront medical for PR application?

Thanks.

Yes, you can use this medical for the PR app as well.
Thank you. So I just contact the doctor when I got MR for PR (hopefully within 6 months) and he will updates it?

No. You simply forward the same receipt to CIC.
