Our child was born in Canada, so is a Canadian citizen. We put her down as 'unaccompanying', but in the checklist is says she needs to go through a medical. That's not right, is it? What do we do?

If you have children, you mention them otherwise it's misrepresentation.
You have canadian born children, mention them, state unaccompanying, then whhen they rquest a medical, upload their birth certificate again. Mention why in the letter of explanation.
I did exactly this, and I know at least 5 other members here who did the same. It's the safest and least controversial thing to do, with no misrep.
Good luck!!

Can you please help ?
Canadian born child - Need to include in this Application? When i enter the family information it prompts ,"Is your child included in this application? " .
He was born in Canada -Can you please let me know do i need to select (Yes/No)?
If i select no it show unaccompanying child in family information and it request to upload the medicals.
Please advice! Thank you !
Asivad Anac said:Select Yes. The child is part of the application. Add an LOE to explain that the child is Canadian by birth and doesn't need medicals. It's a glitch in the system.
