Medical exams in Saudi Arabia

I live in Saudi Arabia and have just received the order for medical examinations.

Does anybody have any recommendation on this regard ? Which country could be the best: Saudi, Bahrain or Emirates ?

It depends where do u live. Because almost all designated panel physicians are good. For dammam khobar region we have dar alafiya in dammam.
