Hi everyone.
I applied for a study permit almost two months ago, were I included my wife as companion. We gave biometrics last week and I received the letter for medical examinations (we're from Honduras). My concern is that my wife didn't get this same letter. Is this normal for a study permit or is there any chance that she's getting her visa rejected? According to the official Canadian website, people from Honduras will be requested for a medical examination, but I'm worried that she didn't get the letter.
This is my timeline so far as of Jan 25, 2021:
Nov 26 2020: Started application for both my wife and me.
Nov 27 2020: Received biometrics letters for both.
Jan 20 2021: Received medical examination letter for me.
Jan 22 2021: Both gave biometrics (the VFS in Honduras has been closed due to COVID-19, so after waiting some weeks without any changes we decided to travel to the US and give our biometrics there).
My program starts in May.
