Medical examination

Dear Friends
Please I have an enquiry about the medical examination, I am waiting for the medical request letter these days and my file is processed in London-UK office. In fact I am the main applicant and I can do the medical for me and my children here in the UK, but my wife Unfortnately due to emergency family problems she had to go back to Egypt. My questions now please:
Can I do the Medical for me and my children here and my wife do the medical in Egypt?
Do I need to contact the London office about that before they send any medical request letters to me, or I just have to wait until I recieve the request and then tell them after that?

1. You can do yours and the children's Medicals in the UK, you spouse in Egypt. You send her medical request to her, she tell the DMP that the application is in London and that the results should be sent to the RMC in London.
2. You don't have to contact the visa office at all.
