I don't think it should, the medical is basically to keep the heavy diseases like HIV or EBOLA etc out of their country.

It is also to make sure that you don't feast upon the tax payers money by getting long free treatments for your illnesses that would otherwise cost you big...

High BP is no big deal...

A little up or down in the ECG? should not be an issue...

and Even if it is, you will have to try your luck :v
