helo if someone could help me with this..

I'v taken my medical tests on may 23rd 2013 and i've submitted my application for study permit on 27th june 2013 at vfs, bangalore..
I've received an e-mail with atatchement from high commision delhi stating that i need to go through medical examinations... Kindly please help me someone with what iw u be needing to do next. It's hardly been 6 weeks i've taken the medical test and why again?

please help me with the contact numebrs that i can talk to to high commision and let them know that I've submotted during my full application..thanks////

mail them again with your medical examination number and attach scanned page of medical..
Then they willl trace your report from their database.

Thanks for the reply, Unfortunately I've not taken any photocopy of it and sent them original one's. I'm upset .. Can i get it from the hospital again..thanks

hospital must have your record, request them to print a copy for you.

yeah! Tell them your situation.. They (Hospital) can easily identify you by the date of examination, if not print they will surely provide you the UMI number (if any).

Then email CHC with that number, hopefully it will do for you!

hi guys,
i've got the medical examination ref number from hospital n they said they cant print the acknowdegemnt copy and i've sent an e-mail to delhi.consular@international.gc.ca

pls help me if i can can actually call the high commision office on monday or whats the e-mail addres to be contacted n how long do they take to respond coz its very absurd, me sending the medical acknowledgement for m they asking for medical instructions again...........pls help me all.thanks

how can they not find my medical information..am really wondering n this is frustrating. i want to talk to someone over the phone n give them the medical examination ref number...pls help me vd the number to be calling.thannks ppl

reply in that email with your medical number and justify that you did test and hospital is not willing to print another copy of it so you are sending just a number.
They should convince with this.

i had an e-mail to do the medical and pdf file.. so I wanna reply them or call them and let them know that I actually submitted my pre-medical thing with the application i submitted ..
Can i actually call them and would someone respond appropriately.

i hate my situation, me submitting the whole thing correct and i wonder how they lost or cant find the medical thing..

I am also in similar situation. I emailed my medical tracking sheet to CIC again but got no response yet. Even I used the case specific online query to get status of my application after sending upfront medical docs again but to no help.

I got the mail yesterday, I dont undersatnd how they can misplace or loose it (medical report) that we submitted...
what is the e-mail you used to send the copy,

i dont ahve the copya s is ent the original one's to them and i dont ahve any copy of them either

buit i got the medical examination ref number from hospital....

what is the e-mail address u sent them the copy and did u try calling them?
