Hello,
My wife and I recently received the request for doing the medical examination for our PR application. I currently reside in Canada, but my wife is living in Iran. I am wondering if I can take the exam here in Canada and she does that in Iran? Or should we do it in the same country?
What about landing? Should we land together?
I really appreciate it if someone could help me.

Thanks,

No, they don't have to be at the same Panel Physician, you can do the medicals at any PP in the world. The principal applicant has to "land" first.
