Medical examination expiry?

How long does a medical exam last? I sent my application on Dec 14 with old spousa forms and included a medical exam which was done in November. Some people have told me that my wife might have to do another medical exam because they expire in 6 months. Could someone let me know if this is correct or not thanks.

They last one year normally.

I did mine last december and the doctor told me it last 1 year..

As others have stated, it is 1 year....occasionally they'll also extend the validity a bit beyond the year....but it's up to the agent.

They have the ability to deny based on excessive demand, request retesting, surveilance, or approve.

It's another doctor that reads the clinical notes and forms an impression based on evidence only.
