Medical Exam

Hello to all
I got the invitation and I filled the form online
Now I am confused for medical. Do i need to upload the medical online or do CIC will send some letter to go for medical exam???

or I need to load all the required documents along with medical, police clearance and submit the form.

Please suggest me for the above

You need do the upfront medical test, and need to submit all your documents at once.
