Medical exam showed passed a few moments later it disappeared

Hi guys , i have applied for my PR application july the 3rd , july the 18th my medical exam passed after a few hours it went again to we don’t not need your medical exam.

i have applied inland after my graduation i used my old medical exam any one in the same boat ?
