Medical Exam required for a study permit application made online

Hello,
I made an online study permit application online during the beginning of the month of June. Today I have received a form IMM 1017E which needs to be completed by a panel of physicians. I have been able to locate which physicians are qualified by the CIC in my home country to perform and supervise that medical exam. I am just unsure about the steps to take after the medical exam? There is no address available where I can mail the form completed by the physician after the tests. Is that the physician's responsibility to transmit the form to CIC? Please help me in clearing this confusion.

So if you specify your home country, maybe someone from your home country can help you better.

I am from India and it's the Doctors responsibility to submit your medical report to CIC.

Thank you for the information.... it must be true I guess everywhere else too...

It is? It wasn't for me. I applied on line. Never needed any medical, nor did I need yo send my passport anywhere. No TRV needed.
