hi, anyone can help me about this, please?

1. Medical exams

Do not complete any medical exam until you get an Invitation to Apply. You must have a medical exam before you can become a permanent resident. Your family members must also have one, even if they are not coming with you.

i am married but estranged to my husband (not legally), thus, i am not intending in bringing him along to canada..now my question is that although the federal requirement states that even if they're not coming with you, they need to undergo medical exams. my dilemma is that i cannot force my husband to take the medical exam...is there any way that this can be achieved? LOE perhaps? any supporting document i need to attach?

thanks.

Start divorce proceedings - then you can provide hard proof you are no longer together.

Unless you are legally divorced, the LoE won't help here. As far as IRCC is concerned, you are still legally married.

Is there any legal paperwork that confirms that you're estranged or separated? Or that you've applied for a divorce? If none of that exists, you'll have to convince your spouse to get a medical exam. And you'll also need PCC(s) for them in addition to showing higher POF.

thank you for the advise..appreciate it..

sadly, in my country we only have an annulment and it takes time to get this...:)

by the way, what does PCC(s) means?
