Medical exam query for sudent visa for jan 2019

Hello Friends need to ask uhh about a query that is in my mind after reading new guidelines of sds rule.
Today Morning i was jst exploring visa related questions and there i read that medical exam should be atleast 1 week before submission of file but i hav to submit my file after one month and my medical exam is done will it be a problem for me while applying for visa or will it be fine??????

At least a week, so longer than a week is fine.
