Hello,

My spouse did her medical and the cerfiticate proof has my name's 3 letters switched (her last name)
So basically instead of Michelle Feeneram it has "Feneeram"

any idea on what we can do to remedy this? Please and thanks for your help!!
I'm wondering if we can just add a note with the correction...

I am not sure where you are applying from/where you had the medical but in my experience the doctor's office electronically sends the medical results to CIC and gives you a sheet detailing what they tested for. So CIC probably already has the info, albeit with an incorrect surname.

I would contact the doctor's office and ask them to fix the typo, resend to CIC and ask for an updated sheet for your application.
