hello all,

I have received ITA on April 25 and had done my medical on April 30.

But I have couple of old medical situations (heart surgery as infant; no medication, perfectly healthy. Cancer history; underwent surgery and took chemo 9years ago, no routine medication or complications, perfectly healthy) and the panel physician asked the last visit notes from my oncologist. The oncologist said in her report that I may need another surgery for prophylactic reasons (to prevent any possible diseases that may occur in the future).

The panel physican told me that this might be a problem but we have to wait and see what the immigration officers say about it.

I haven’t uploaded my documents yet, and I am very concerned about ME stage. Do you guys think I still have a chance to pass ME? Should I explain myself in letter of explanation?

It is not like a language score or job experince that I can improve and apply again in the future. I feel like if I am rejected for this, there is no way for me to go to Canada as part of EE.

I would appreciate your comments and ideas.

Thanks a lot!

Try to explain in LOE that you won't be a burden for Canadian medical system. If you could, make a future surgery plan and get it issued by your oncologist showing that you will go back to your home country for this surgery since your oncologist have your medical record and is familiar with your medical condition and you will pay the expenses all by yourself.
