Medical Exam/Police Clearence info

HI,

I just wanted to speed up my process so I want to understand some details.

1. I have done my Medical exam for work Permit in March 2018. Can I use same for Permanent residence application.

2. Can my spouse go for Medical exam before I get ITA and also can we do Police clearance certificate before we receive ITA.

1. Yes, medicals are valid for 1 year only though, so your PR Visa once you get it will expire in March 2019
2. Yes and yes. PCC for country of current residence (as of PR application date) must have been issued in last 6 months and PCC for any country of past residence must have been issued after you last left that country.
