Medical Exam passed but BGC is still Not Applicable

Anyone can tell if my background check has started? I never seen my BGC is in process, my case is EE-CEC inland thank you!

Depends. If you are checking your profile regularly like many times per day, or did you just open to check when you recieved a notification in your email. Because email notification for med pass is sent 1 day after the actual change in your profile. So in that case its possible that you checked late and you missed IP1. Yes IP1 can be this quick for some.

That's exactly what happened to me. Completely missed IP1. Stayed on NA for like 24 days after meds, then IP2.
