Medical exam on strong medication?

Hello everyone!
I'm worried about my medical exams, I'm on accutane which is a really strong medicine for acne, this rises my cholesterol- triglyceride levels and some liver enzymes levels.
will this be a problem for the exam?
Also, i have a tattoo and it seems hepatitis C tests are required, will my elevated levels of liver affect this result?
honestly I don't know.
any input on the subject is appreciated.

I don't think so, because all they test for is Communicable diseases that are still prevalent/eradicated in North America & Presence of any banned Drugs/Narcotics in the system... But for accurate info you should take a private consultation with the doctor on immigration panel.
