Hi
I just found this on CIC website
"The applicant must include the immigration medical examination (IME) number in their e-APR"
When I finished medical test, I just received e-medical information sheet which I am submitting with my application. There is only a UMI number on the top right. In the application form, I did not find any place for putting IME or UMI number, is there anybody else who have had this problem?

There is no problem with that. You just need to scan your eMedical Information Sheet and upload in the "Proof of Medical Exam" field.

No requirement to enter the UMI or IME number

Hi,

I have also received the eMedical sheet which has an UMI number on the top right.
IME No: says non-EDE. Although I did not understand what it means, I believe UMI number on top
should be good enough a proof. SO just scan the sheet.
I am also scanning the invoice handed over by the clinic after the test. (Although not needed and not asked)
