Medical Exam help!!

Hi all,

I am requested a medical exam in my OINP process, I had a condition 2 years go and went treatment for that.
should I mention that condition during my exam as I do not take any medication now and I am fully well. If not told, do the panel physician check the history records of the patient?

My expenses for the previous medical treatment were covered by the university health insurance and now that I have OHIP card, i Have barely used it. so is there any complication if i dont mention the condition,
and what will happen if I mention it?

Others can comment as well but with anything to do immigration then it should be mentioned given to not do so if found out later could be considered misrepresentation.

The panel doctor conducting a medical does not make any immigration decisions those are made by IRCC based on any potential cost burden on the health system.
