Hong long does this take? I mean, everything is all set, medical is extended, why can't they just request my passport

2019.03 (Don't remember) Medical Pass
2019.09 Notes says Review Required since July, btw, notes took 2 months
2019.10 Eligibility passed, background check started, from the notes I got from CSIS, it seems the background check started from 2019.9.17
2020.01 Background check done, cic requesting for an extension to our medical exam, as it expired in 2019.11
2020.01.23 Medical Pass, again
