hi all, I wonder if any of you have the correct knowledge to answer my query as I am a newbie here in this site, My spouse application for skilled worker has been processed and now they are asking her to provide medical exam for herself/myself and my children from my first marriage despite that we are not going with her at this stage. I understand that is mandatory to provide police certificates and medical exam regardless but I am oblivious whether this procedure of medical and criminal background check will have to be repeated again if my wife sponsor us once she get her permanent residence and start living there in Canada???
thanks for any help in advance!

Yes - you need to get the medical and background checks done even though you're non accompanying. Yes - you'll need to go through all of this again once your wife sponsors you for PR.
