Medical Exam for German

Hello everyone! :)
I am kinda confused about the medical exam part in the document upload part.

I have been successfully invited to apply for a working-holiday-visa. After I provided the requested Information, I was asked to upload a copy of my medical exam, but according to the medical exam requirement checklist I usually do not have to do this exam.

The website states that I need a medical exam if I:
• have lived temporarily for six or more consecutive months
◦ in one or more of these countries or territories
◦ in the one year immediately before the date you want to enter Canada. (This applies even if you are a citizen of a country that does not need a visa to enter Canada.) or
• will come to Canada to work in an occupation in which public health must be protected. See below for jobs for which you need a medical exam.
• apply for a Parent and Grandparent Super Visa.

I now do not understand why I am asked to upload a medical exam because I am living in
Germany since I was born and have never lived in another country for six or more months and also
do not plan want to work in one of the listed occupations.

I hope you can help me and explain why I have to do a medical exam, because I am completely clueless. Thank you!
