Medical exam for Egyptians .. needed or not?

I have received ITA .. and as per this page:

Egyptians don't need any medical exams .. I think this is new update (from 2017)

Anyone has different info.?

Everyone needs a medical regardless of nationality. The page you sent is for temporary residents not permanent residents. Read cic content carefully
