Hi, I`m being sponsored as a common-law family class inland by my partner(i live in canada now), my children are abroad and I`m not planning to sponsor them later, do they still need to undergo medical exam?
According to below links - yes, but it does not specify inlad/outland i guess?
Can someone please clarify, thanks!!!

I have applied for permanent residence. My spouse or partner and children are not coming with me. Do they need to get a medical exam?

Yes, they need to undergo a medical if they are under 22 years old.

If you are not planning to sponsor them please send information to immigration as to why you do not want to sponsor them. Call immigration as to what steps you need to follow .

Yes, they need to get medicals. If you can't make them get their medicals objectively, there's a procedure to waiver that.
