First of all, thank you in advance. My problem is that I had my medicals done along with my spouse, everything seems okay except the blood pressure and I was referred to the cardiologist. And I could only get the appointment of the cardiologist after my deadline for submission is over. And the people who did my medicals say that they will only be able to send my medicals(e-medicals) after I get the report from the cardiologist.
IRCC mentions that the application should be complete. So, I am wondering if I should decline the application or carry on by explaining the situation and submit the umi number.
