medical exam, express entry, and Autism.

Would an application fail the medical exam and be denied entry if one of the applicant's children (aged 3) is diagnosed with Autism? Little background info: main applicant has been nominated by the SK province and reached the medical exam stage in his express entry process. I would be very grateful if anyone could tell me if Autism is a basis for decline. As of yet, no official diagnosis was provided by any doctor, but the parents suspect it because the kid exhibits some symptoms that are seen in other kids with Autism and are very worried.
