medical exam done one year before what to do

I have done my medical exam one year before but no response from VISA office (NewYork) even no update in website. So what to do?
Is the medical exam expired within a year as written in medical exam paper?

Of course medical will be expired in one year. But for a re-medical wait for the advice from your visa office.
