Hello Everyone! Im from Philippines. We are under the Live-In caregiver program. We receive our medical request last March 17,2014 and we made our medical exam(there were three of us) at Nationwide Health Systems,Cebu last April 3,2014. We already sent our NBI certificates and other documents needed last May 2014 and we still waiting for the reply from the embassy. But, this July 29,2014 we had received an e-mail stating that our "medical examinations were not reeceived to date. You may also wish to follow-up with the Panel Physician with regard to the submission of the results of your medical examination." ..We also contact the physician but we can't contact her phone number we also tried to sent her a message in her e-mail and we still waiting for her reply....We had here our receipt...What will I do now? please help me.

Your advices will be highly appreciated.

Thank You!

God Bless!

This is more of a family sponsorship forum area, but I will try to help you.

Is the location you went to have your medicals done on the CIC panel physicians list? If it is not then you must redo your medicals with a doctor that IS on the list. If she is on the list then contact your VO, send them proof of the exam, via receipt of what you have for proof and they can perhaps help you from there.

visit their office sis, 0322386053, thats their number, have patience cuz sometimes they hanged up their phone. I had my medical exams there too last July 14, 2014. Up to now they couldnt give me the date when did they actually sent my medical results to CEM.It is our right as a costumer and I felt being deprived from it.I guess it's time to let CIC or CEM know this so that they can do something about this. They are just adding stress to our situation. What they did is unacceptable. You are not alone.

Well i think they were not able to send your results to or maybe their are lapses to both clinic and CEM. Scan your OR and email it to CEM

Thanks for the reply. Yes, she is on the list. Where I might be able to send those proofs? can I send it via e-mail?

Thanks for the reply. Ok,I will e-mail it to them. :)

I sent my scanned OR via e-mail and they replied:
"We confirm receipt of your email to the Manila Visa Office.
We will review your message shortly and if you do not receive a reply within our service standards (28 days), this means that the information requested is available on our websites, or your application is still within processing times."

any idea?

ideas about what?

that is just a standard response sent by the visa office confirming receipt of the email you sent. Any person sending an email to the Manila office would receive the same response. It has nothing specific to do with your application.

From what I have read on here the medicals were done by a panel physician. If they were they would have electronicly been sent over to Ottawa - that is where all medicals are. They in turn would inform the Visa office that they have received them.

Our medicals were lost for 3 months but after our Visa office emailing Ottawa and us resending the copy of the medical, they were finally found.

If there's someone have an idea if the message really reach the embassy and acknowledged my concerns.

Yes sis, CEM received your message but you have to follow up your results. Call the clinic and keep on bugging them why it happened. You wasted ao much time and you need an explanation.Their are many of us who have bad experience from them.No offense to the doctor she is kind and approachable its her staffs.

thanks for the reply. yes we have already sent a letter to their clinic regarding these concerns. It's okay that we have spend that time as long as it will not reach the point that our application is getting refused. We paid an exact amount I do hope that their services will be worth paying for. Right now we are waiting for their reply.

-We sent an e-mail to the embassy which states that we are done already with medical exam and we attached a scanned copy of our O.R.
-Since there is problem with the telecommunications, we decided to sent them a letter to their clinic with their address.
-After sending a letter to the clinic we received a text message that states.. "Your medical results are already submitted to the canadian embassy thru eMedical System under medical section of the embassy."

the question is just when did they sent it? Right after they hear your concerns?
