Medical exam confusion

Hi!

I am sponsoring my husband through inland spousal sponsorship. He has recently been asked to complete his medical exam, and immigration requests that you bring along the IMM1017 Medical Report Form.

He went to his appointment but they did nothing with this form, instead they gave him an entire booklet with his picture and all of the relevant information about the tests done...

Is this okay?? Are we supposed to be uploading this IMM1017 form somewhere or are all the documents sent by the doctor?

After your medical exam......no further action is required from .........its the physician that will upload and send the medical result to IRCC Visa Office.

The result will be updated around within a week.........and if the physician need further test......they will contact you......
