Medical exam but already in canada

Hi, I already have a study permit and I'm in Canada. But, I'm getting email about medical exam being expired. I'm little confused. Do u still need to take medical exam even though I'm in Canada with study permit?

I have no new application after I come here. Thank you. Let me know.

No you don't need to. Those emails are automated. If you are already in Canada you can safely ignore them.
