Medical exam before requested

Hello my fellows , I and my wife applied for study permit for my wife and open work permit for me and visit visa for my daughter of two years old ! We were requested biometrics 23rd and 30th October that’s when we submitted our biometrics !
My concern is to do medical examinations before being asked to not wasting time and including into our application ! Because the intake of my wife of study is in January !

My study is for January also, I did Medicals upfront also and I applied august. I have still not gotten any response my eligibility is still under review for a month now. So I don’t think upfront Medicals actually speed things up. But you can try tho. Officers are different
