Medical exam about student visa

I’ve applied the student visa online in june 10. It’s about three weeks and haven’t receive any letter which supposed to tell me to take the medical exam...kinda worry now. Does anyone has the same problem as me

I applied online from Nepal on June 7. I haven't received a medical request either
