Just got the requests from the NY consulate to do my medical. How many months now before I get a request for my passport? I applied for CEC and the file is with NY consulate.

hi jess, i just have a question. regarding the use of a courier services, is it true that the visa office will not return the passport using courier services even you enclosed a return envelope?

That was my experience of the NY office. Different offices have different polices. But someone else from NY just got their passport returned from them via Fedex (even tho the NY website now says that they cannot(. Can only say, find out what the policy is from your visa office. Then try it, but don't expect it
