Though any application can still be decline even after medical, but rare if their is no misrepresentation of info.

Just like respect, it has to be earned. Unlike respect, likes mean nothing substantial. @scylla is one of the most respected and knowledgeable member around here

To OP, refusal can happen any point before landing. Even at the border people can be refused by CBSA. (Not showing intention to live in the province of nomination is one cause)

But if you are given MR, most of the checks are already done and little else can go wrong.

Actually this tough Immigration Process creates lot of tension. So, I am searching the ways to release this. But without pinching anyone dear. ;D
