Medical done in April but not shown in GCMS Notes...

Hi Frds,
Today, I recieved my GCMS notes that I applied on October 17 just a week before I got my RPRF(Oct 24)
I was going through the GCMS notes and found something interesting.

In the medical section, there is absolutely no information. It was updated in Aug 2013 and it has nothing from that date. I compared it with the GCMS notes I ordered in Feb 2014 and it is the same.No updates whatsoever.

I completed my medical in April 2014 and the results where sent. I see that a section of the notes say that they have recieved the medical and it was updated in May 2014.

I see that my ecas status now shows Decision Made with a line saying Medical have been received.

I am a bit confused here...please clarify this...

Your GCMS Notes will be as of Oct 17 (give or take a few days).
A lot could have happened between now and then.
