Medical connfusion

I am living in UK from last 18 months and on form for medical requirement it says you need medical if you lived in this countries .................................for continuously six months before moving one year to canada. Shall I leave this medical requirement blank or a letter stating that I do not need a medical.

On cic website, it is mentioned that someone living in UK does not require a medical examination

Aaa... you are right . Anyway if they would want you to take med test they will inform you.

The above information says 'no' for UK. So, in the medical information form shall I put no.
