Medical Checkup after New EE profile

Hi,

My PR application was canceled as incomplete due to missing translation, I went and created a new EE profile and received the ITA again.

Do I have to do the medical checkup again, my current one is only 2 months old.

Or I can tell the doctor to send my information having my new EE profile Number.
