Medical check up for EE

I have recently immigrated to Canada under work permit. I have been accepted in EE and received an ITA in this Jan 2017. I did my medicals for work permit in India in July.
Can anyone suggest if I have to repeat the medical examination here again? I had an exhaustive blood work as I work in medical field here.

If the medicals were done in July and you get an EE in the next month, you can likely use them. If later than that you would likely have to retake them. Medicals are valid for one year but must be valid after PR is issued and when you land. If they expire before that you have to get another.
